Halogen heating can quickly and evenly dry samples in a high-temperature environment without damaging the sample surface. Its test results are highly consistent with the national standard oven method, making it a viable alternative, and its testing efficiency far exceeds that of the oven method. With intelligent operation, most samples can be measured in just a few minutes.

The infrared moisture analyzer is easy to operate and provides accurate test results. The display section uses an LCD screen, making it clearer and brighter, with clearly visible readings. It can display moisture value, initial sample value, final value, measurement time, initial temperature, final temperature, and other data. It also has connectivity functions for computers and printers.

Product Application:

The infrared moisture analyzer is a newly developed rapid moisture detection instrument by our company. This powder infrared moisture analyzer is used in all industries that require rapid moisture determination, such as pharmaceuticals, grains, feed, seeds, rapeseed, dehydrated vegetables, tobacco, chemicals, tea, food, meat, textiles, agriculture, forestry, papermaking, rubber, plastics, coal, petroleum, building materials, daily chemicals, and other industries, both in laboratories and production processes. It also meets the requirements for measuring the moisture content of solids, granules/powders, pastes, and liquids.

Principle of Infrared Moisture Analyzer:

While measuring the sample weight, the instrument uses a ring-tube halogen heating method to quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture analyzer continuously measures and instantly displays the moisture loss percentage of the sample. The system continuously records the sample mass, and the total mass loss is the moisture content. After the drying process is completed, the moisture percentage content and other results are obtained by comparing the mass of the dried substance with the wet mass (commonly referred to as the "loss on drying" LOD principle). The final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed. The test results comply with the GB/T29249-2012 "Electronic Weighing Oven Method Moisture Analyzer" standard to ensure effective verification of the tested samples and product traceability.
